Combining business with fashion comes naturally to monika. Her background in economics and skills acquired in various areas prove to be an asset to the many facets of kavi kavi. Monika's main area of responsibility is business planning for kavi kavi including: Venture capital, market analysis, competitive analysis, sales and marketing, financial management and legal issues.

Dipika gupta
Dipika is the 'main brain' behind the kavi kavi designs. Her uncanny ability to forecast trends and colors keeps kavi kavi creations up to par with the latest trends. Apart from designing kavi kavi's men and women's wear, dipika takes a keen interest in other aspects of kavi kavi, such as production management and marketing.

Ravika gupta
Ravika works alongside dipika as an assistant designer. Her ideas are both similar and drastically different from dipika's, which give kavi kavi designs a unique flavor.
